One home for everything your household keeps track of
The household home is where TrackIt Life’s four apps meet: a dashboard, shared reminders, a calendar and quick capture, with one login for each person and clear roles for who can do what.
Join the free betaA dashboard for the household
The dashboard is one view of what needs attention across the household. The first time you sign in, a short welcome walks you through it, and a setup checklist on the dashboard shows what is left to do.
Reminders that everyone shares
Add your own reminders, and accept suggested ones drawn from your commitments, credit cards, mortgages, loans and shopping staples. Reminders belong to the household: every member can see, edit and delete every reminder, including its notes, so do not put anything in one you would not want the household to read. Each person can mute reminder emails to themselves without changing what anyone else sees.
A calendar view
The same reminders, laid out as a calendar, so the month ahead — renewals, due dates, restocks — is visible at a glance.
Quick capture from anywhere
Jot down a shopping item or a reminder from any screen and it is saved straight away. For an expense, a workout or a meal, quick capture takes you into the right app to log it.
Roles for everyone in the household
The person who creates the account is its owner. The owner invites other members by email and gives each one a role:
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything. The only one who can delete the whole account or download the full household export. |
| Admin | Manage members below Admin and edit all household data. |
| Editor | Add and edit expenses and budgets. Cannot delete data or manage members. |
| Viewer | Read-only. |
Each person has their own login, and a login belongs to one household. Household data — the budget, shopping lists and the household diet profile — is shared according to these roles; personal fitness data stays with the person it belongs to.
