Your money, fitness, shopping & meals.
Privately tracked, in one place.
One private home for the things a household keeps track of, with reminders and a shared calendar. Free while we're in beta — no payment card needed.
Live now in beta. Sign-up may be open to everyone or by invitation at different times while we grow. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way — we haven't set a date yet.
Four apps and a household home
Finance
Budgets, statement import, commitments and card billing cycles — amounts encrypted in your browser
Fitness
Workout plans and logging, screenshot import and an optional AI coach
Shopping
Household shopping lists, receipt scanning, staples and price history
Diet
Meal plans for the whole household, dishes and recipes, and a plan that becomes a shopping list
Household home
A dashboard, reminders, a calendar and quick capture that tie the four apps together
Encrypted financial figures
Amounts are encrypted in your browser before they reach us, with a key only your vault passphrase unlocks.
Hosted in the EU
Hosted in the EU — OVH in France, encrypted backups with Hetzner in Germany. Run by A&C Digital Ltd, a UK company.
AI only if you opt in
Every AI feature is optional and stays off until you switch it on. You can switch it off again at any time.
AI, when you want it
and never before
Each AI feature is optional and off until you opt in, one switch per feature, and you can switch any of them off again in the Privacy Center. When you ask us to read a document — a bank statement, a receipt, a workout screenshot — that file is sent to Mistral, an EU AI provider, under zero data retention, and it is not used to train their models. We don't keep the file ourselves. Transaction categorisation, forecasts and the financial health score run on our own servers.
Reading documents
Statements, receipts, screenshots — Mistral, opt-in
Categorisation
Bank transactions — on our own servers
Forecasts & health score
Our own statistics — on our own servers
Meal plans & coaching
Mistral, opt-in
Four apps and a household home
Each app stands on its own, and all of them share one login and one household. A meal plan can become a shopping list, and reminders can come from your commitments, cards and staples.
Every account includes all four apps — Finance, Fitness, Shopping and Diet — and the household home that ties them together.
Finance
Your money, encrypted and understood
Encrypted figures
Amounts are encrypted in your browser before they are sent to us. The key is locked with your vault passphrase, which only your household holds — we cannot read your figures, and we cannot recover them if the passphrase is lost.
Statement import
Import bank statements as CSV, XLSX or PDF. Reading a PDF uses Mistral and only happens if you have switched that on; the file is read and not kept by us.
Merchant tagging
Transactions are matched against a country-scoped knowledge base of merchants, so most arrive with a category already suggested.
Categorisation model
A categorisation model running on our own servers fills the gaps. It is trained on example descriptions and on corrections from households that choose to share them.
Sub-budgets
Give a project, trip or car its own budget, and split its cost by percentage between named shares — a partner or a sponsor, for example.
Commitments
Subscriptions and direct debits, picked out of your imported transactions so you can see what leaves your account every month.
Credit-card billing cycles
Track each card by statement period, statement date and due date.
Forecasts and health score
Budget forecasts and a financial health grade, worked out by our own statistics code rather than a language model.
Fitness
Training, logged your way
Plans and logging
Build workout plans, log sessions against them, or log a one-off session.
Screenshot import
Import a workout from a screenshot of your watch or fitness app, or a photo of a gym whiteboard. Uses Mistral, only if you switch it on; the image is read and not kept.
AI coach
Optional suggestions based on your recent sessions, such as how your upper- and lower-body work is balanced.
Apple Health import
Import your Apple Health export file; it is read in your browser. Switched on per account during the beta.
Body and progress
Weight, measurements and progress photos over time. Health data is only recorded once you have given explicit consent.
Shopping
Shopping for the whole household
Household lists
Shopping lists the whole household can see. Share a list with anyone else by link or QR code, with ticking-off allowed or not.
Receipt scanning
Photograph or upload a receipt and its items and prices are read for you. Uses Mistral, only if you switch it on; the image is not kept.
Staples
Items you buy regularly are suggested as staples from your receipts, with reminders when they are usually due.
Price history
See how the prices of the things you buy change over time, and where your shopping money goes.
Diet
Meals planned for everyone at the table
Meal plans
Optional AI meal plans for everyone in the household, children included, built around the preferences and allergies you record. Check every plan yourself — we do not verify it against allergies or medical needs.
Dishes and recipes
Keep your own dishes and recipes, write them yourself, generate them, or import them from a document.
Plan to shopping list
Turn a week of meals into a shopping list in one step.
Consent first
Health details and religious dietary preferences are special-category data. Diet asks for your explicit consent before it records either.
Household home
The place the four apps meet
Dashboard
One view of what needs attention across the household.
Reminders
Your own reminders, plus suggestions from your commitments, cards and shopping staples.
Calendar
The same reminders laid out as a calendar.
Quick capture
Jot down a shopping item or a reminder from anywhere, or jump straight into logging an expense, a workout or a meal.
Household roles
Invite members as Admin, Editor or Viewer. One login belongs to one household.
Your data, your control. Always.
Your rights under data-protection law are built into the product, in a Privacy Center every member of the household can open.
Access & export
Download a copy of your data from the Privacy Center at any time, as JSON. Financial amounts stay encrypted in the export, so keep your vault passphrase.
Right to erasure
An account owner can delete the whole account from the Privacy Center. You have 30 days to change your mind; after that it is deleted across every app.
Granular consent
Each AI feature, and each kind of health or dietary data, has its own opt-in. Withdraw it in the Privacy Center and that processing stops.

How we protect your household’s data
How the beta works
Plain terms, set out in full in our Terms of Service.
Free while in beta
You will not be charged during your beta period, and we do not ask for a payment card.
3 months to start
Sign-ups get 3 months (invite codes can give 6 or 12). Your end date is shown in the app from your first sign-in, and once you have accepted the Terms we will never bring it forward.
Up to 12 months
You can ask for 3 more from Settings in the last 30 days of your beta; extensions are reviewed by hand, up to 12 months in total. Beyond 12 months is at our discretion.
A reminder, if you want one
Switch on an email 30 days before your beta ends. It is off unless you turn it on.
60 days’ notice
If we introduce a fee or end the beta, we will tell you at least 60 days beforehand, by email and in the app. Nothing converts to a paid plan on its own.
New apps are included
Any app or feature we release while the beta is running is part of it, on the same terms.
