How the TrackIt Life beta works
TrackIt Life is free while it is in beta. Here is what joining involves, how long it lasts, how to ask for more time and what we promise before anything changes — in plain terms.
Join the free betaFree, with no payment card
You are not charged for using TrackIt Life during your beta period, and we do not ask for a payment card or any payment details to join.
How long the beta lasts
Sign-ups get 3 months (invite codes can give 6 or 12). You can ask for 3 more from Settings in the last 30 days of your beta; extensions are reviewed by hand, up to 12 months in total. Beyond 12 months is at our discretion.
Your end date is shown in the app from your first sign-in. Once your household’s owner has accepted the Terms of Service, we will never bring that date forward. If you would like a nudge, switch on the reminder in Settings and we will email you 30 days before your beta ends — it is off unless you turn it on.
60 days’ notice before anything changes
If we introduce a fee, or end the beta, we will tell you at least 60 days beforehand, by email and in the app. Nothing converts to a paid plan on its own: we will never charge you unless you actively sign up and give payment details. If you choose not to subscribe, your account becomes read-only — you can still sign in, see your data and export it.
Everything we release during the beta is included
Any app, tool or feature we add while the beta is running — including tools inside the login area — is part of the beta on the same terms: free, subject to change, and with the same notice before any fee.
Who can join
Sign-up may be open to everyone or by invitation at different times while we grow. If sign-up is by invitation when you visit, you will be asked for an invite code.
You need to be 16 or over to hold an account; you confirm this when you sign up. Every account includes all four apps — Finance, Fitness, Shopping and Diet — and the household home.
What beta means day to day
Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable while we work on it. We will always give you a way to export your data. The full wording is in our Terms of Service, and the getting started guide walks you through your first steps.
