Plans and logging

Build workout plans and log each session against them, or log a one-off session when you train outside the plan. Your history builds up in one place, so it is easy to see what you did last week and what comes next.

Import a workout from a screenshot

Already tracked a session somewhere else? Import it from a screenshot of your watch or fitness app — Apple Fitness, Strava or Garmin, for example — or from a photo of a gym whiteboard or a coach’s programme. Reading the image uses an AI model from Mistral and only happens if you have switched that feature on. The image is read and then discarded; you check the result before it is saved.

Apple Health import

You can import your Apple Health export file. The file is read in your browser, and only a summary of the workouts it contains is sent to us. During the beta this import is switched on per account.

An optional AI coach

If you switch it on, the coach looks at your recent sessions and makes suggestions — for example, how your upper-body and lower-body work is balanced. It uses Mistral, has its own consent switch, and is off until you turn it on. Suggestions are not medical advice; talk to a professional before changing your training if you have a health condition or injury.

Body and progress

Record your weight, measurements and progress photos over time. Details about your body are health data, which the law treats as special-category data, so Fitness asks for your explicit consent before it records any of it — and you can withdraw that consent in the Privacy Center. The Fitness app is for people aged 16 and over.

Your fitness data stays yours

Household data such as the budget and shopping lists is shared with the people in your household. Your personal fitness data is not: your profile, weight log, measurements, progress photos and workouts are scoped to you, and other members do not see them in the app in normal use.

There is one exception, and we would rather you heard it from us. When the household owner downloads the full household export, it includes every member’s fitness profile, weight logs and body measurements. The security page sets out who can see what.

Part of a household home

Fitness sits alongside Finance, Shopping and Diet under one login. Quick capture in the household home takes you straight into logging a workout from wherever you are.
